Liability/Indemnity
Exhibitors, attendees and all participants assume the entire responsibility for and hereby agree to protect, indemnify, defend and save the host venue and hosting societies and their employees and agents, harmless against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorney's fees arising out of or caused by attendance, participation, exhibitor's installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy, or use of the exhibiting premises or a part thereof. In addition, the participant, attendee and exhibitor acknowledges that Hotel and Societies do not maintain insurance covering personal or exhibitors' property, and that it is the sole responsibility of the individual and/or exhibitor to obtain business interruption and property damage insurance covering such losses by the exhibitor company or individual.
