Non-Commercial Contributions

We study fundamental science that underpins translational and medical breakthroughs. We pay for meeting expenses through contributions from major sponsors such as government agencies, commercial vendors or science publishing houses. All have a stake in successful, well-attended meetings.

There are other stakeholders in scientific meetings: those who are touched by disease. That means family advocacy groups, parent organizations, patients, and philanthropists who may know the diseases and conditions we study from their own experience. We encourage their contributions to this meeting in support of scientific developments. We will acknowledge them in the program and on our web sites.
